When linking tickets and creating park reservation, does each ticket need to have each person's name on it? Ex: (5 adults & 2 children) tickets purchased under John Doe. Does each ticket need to have each persons name on it?

    Welcome to planDisney, Jennifer!

It sounds like you have a trip to the Disneyland Resort coming up soon and I could not be more excited for you! When purchasing and linking theme park tickets, it's helpful if you are able to add each person's name to each ticket, but it's not required. Theme park tickets aren't officially assigned to an individual until the ticket is scanned at the park gates and a Cast Member takes a picture of the Guest. From that point on, the ticket will need to be used by the same person each day. So while adding each person's name to a ticket might help you organize them in the Disneyland app, it has no bearing on who can use that ticket when you first get to the parks.

Speaking of the app, be sure to familiarize yourself with it before you arrive. Not only does the app store your eTickets, but you will want to use the app to check current attraction wait times, navigate around the parks, mobile order food, and it will be the only way to join the virtual queues for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure. If they aren't already, be sure to link everyone's theme park tickets to your app (and consider asking the others in your group to link all the tickets to their apps as well). This will help automatically create your party when you go to join those virtual queues.

Have a great time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
