Hi. When I was linking my tickets on the app it all had my name on it. Will this affect my family from entering the park? Is their a way to correct it?

Hi Giancarlo! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

The good news is that the name associated with the admission ticket shouldn't matter for most regular admission tickets. The exception would be tickets that require a government-issued ID, such as SoCal tickets or military tickets. For tickets that don't require an ID, your ticket will be scanned at the park entrance and a Cast Member will take a photo of the Guest. Once this happens, the photo serves as the identification for the Guest and will be associated with the scanned ticket. The same Guest must use that ticket for the length of the trip, but the name won't matter. However, if the tickets you've purchased require an ID, you will need to call the Tickets phone line, where a helpful Cast Member can assist you in changing the names, so they're associated with the correct Guests.
