Hiya Jill!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanksgiving Day in Walt Disney World sounds like the best way to celebrate and give thanks. I am a huge fan of Thanksgiving Day and refuse to put up Christmas decorations until this day is celebrated. What can I say? I think it's just because there are such yummy foods.
Walt Disney World Resort does not have a specific parade or event on this day but some restaurants sometimes have a special menu. Make sure to reserve an
advanced dining reservation as these locations will be very popular. I see that
Whispering Canyon Cafe at
Disney's Wilderness Lodge will offer a special Thanksgiving menu for lunch and dinner. I love this restaurant and Resort for its theming and uniqueness.
Sorry Jill, I just went off on a food diversion and I'm now focused and want to help you get your reservation linked to your account. Your question does not provide too many details but no matter where you booked from there should have been an email or confirmation code sent to you.
Link your Resort Reservation or Vacation Package by entering the confirmation number and the Last Name on the reservation. If you just purchased Tickets then you will
enter the confirmation number or Ticket ID here and assign them to the person who will be using them. After you link the reservation you should see it in your
Plans under your My Disney Experience. If for some reason you can't get it to link I would first log out, refresh, and log back in. Sometimes it takes a second for those reservations to show so I like to give the site a second to find it. If you still can't find it I would reach out to the
Cast Members at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations or New Tickets for help.
I hope that helps and you have an amazing time!
Happy Planning!
