About linking hotel information on the Disney app. I had reserved a partner hotel for 7 people. When I tried to link, I was only able to link for 2 adults and 2 children. I would like to use early entry, but is it possible for people who have not linked?

    Hello friend!

Welcome to planDisney! You are less than a month away now from your exciting visit to Walt Disney World Resort! You will be arriving during our Holiday Season and you will see lovely decorations and find special treats throughout the Parks and Resorts. Make sure to check out the amazing lifesize gingerbread house at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa! It looks and smells so good!

By staying at one of the participating hotels that provide Early Theme Park Entry you can visit any of the four main Theme Parks 30 minutes before the official Park opening time. Since it seems you already linked your Resort Reservation to your My Disney Experience Account you are already on your way to having a great trip!

Some of these participating hotels will provide guests with a card that can be presented to Cast Members. They may write a confirmation or reservation number on it with your name. However, this should be your second choice. Ideally, if it is linked to your My Disney Experience Account you can just scan yourself into the Parks with your DisneyBand or with your ticket. Usually, only one person from each reservation or party needs to scan in to access the Park for early theme park entry. Signs will direct you to the early theme park entry points and you will speak to the Cast Members there together. Now, while I don't see with the proof you have it being a huge problem to enter the Parks early it is in your best interest for all the other fun you want to have to connect everyone on the reservation properly. Setting up your Family & Friends List is very important. For the other three people in your party, there are two options. If the guests are over the age of 13 then they can create their own My Disney Experience Account. If they are under the age of 13 or do not want to make an account then you can create for them a "managed profile." Every person who is visiting the Parks should have an account or a managed profile which you can then add to your reservation. They should then be able to pull up their reservation on their phone if a Cast Member asks for it in the Parks. I mentioned before that having everyone linked helps in the fun, as you will need that set up to join a Virtual Queue together or book a Lightning Lane with Genie+.  Also, you can link them to dining reservations which they can now view on their Plans in the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Link together my friend and you will be glad.

If you continue to have problems you can visit the Disney Springs Welcome Center in Disney Springs before you visit the Parks. They will be able to help set up your app and fix any reservation issues. No tickets are needed to visit Disney Springs as it is a fun shopping and entertainment area. I love getting my souvenir shopping done here.

I hope this helps and you have a great time!

    Happy Planning!
