Linkes my hotel and ticket booking to app but no park tickets show

Hi Darren! Thanks for dropping by planDisney with your question.

I'd love to help you try to locate those missing theme park admission tickets. First, try closing the Disneyland mobile app and reopening it. You might also try restarting your mobile device. Sometimes these steps are all you need to fix a technology hiccup with the app. If not, try logging in to your Disneyland account on a desktop computer. If you see your tickets under "My Disneyland" when you click on "Ticket and Reservation Details," then the issue is definitely with the app and you'll want to "Chat with a Cast Member," which is a function you can find on the app and the Disneyland website. If you don't see your ticket, however, you'll want to "Link Tickets" and enter the Ticket ID Code. After you've done that, they should appear in your app.

If all else fails, a friendly Cast Member can assist you on the Tickets Phone Line. I recently couldn't locate some expired and unused theme park admission tickets we had from a couple of years ago in the Disneyland mobile app or on the Disneyland website. The Cast Member I spoke with had to do some digging, but he was able to locate all my tickets and help me book new theme park reservations, subject to the current availability and price changes. It was such a positive experience and now we're looking forward to our next visit.

Your trip isn't too far off. I hope you have a magical time!
