Hello there! We had linked our vacation package in a good neighbour Hotel. One on my party has linked the reservation to their account and make park-pass reservations, but i'm not seeing that parks reservation on my own account. We are good anyway?

    Hello, Alan!

I’m so excited about your upcoming trip to The Happiest Place on Earth! You are in for a vacation full of magical surprises, including the new Avengers Campus and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

I’m glad you are checking on all the details to get ready for your visit. As you are aware, each Guest visiting the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have both valid theme park admission and a theme park reservation for either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. I recommend that Guests who purchase theme park tickets or book a Vacation Package through a travel agency check with their agent to ensure everything is in order. If you booked your Vacation Package independent of a travel agent, you may check on your theme park reservations by using the app or visiting the website used to make the booking.

When a Vacation Package is booked, one Guest is designated as the primary Guest for that reservation. If another member of your party linked the Vacation Package to their Disneyland account first, they likely have assumed the role of primary Guest. That account becomes the manager of the Disney eTickets and their theme park reservations until the eTickets are activated and redeemed for regular tickets upon first entering a theme park. Linked eTicket numbers are displayed in the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the Disneyland mobile app. Other mobile app users may try linking those eTicket numbers to their account in the app on their own mobile devices as well.

As long as the “My Theme Park Reservations” or “Future Plans” show the expected park reservation information in the account of the primary Guest, all members of the party should be ready to go! After tickets are activated at the park entrance, each Guest is given a physical ticket card. At that point, the ticket ID for each card can also be scanned into the mobile app used by other members of your party. That way any of the Guests with the tickets linked to their account may manage optional extras each day of the visit. That includes purchasing Disney Genie+ service for the tickets and booking Lightning Lane return times for attractions participating in Genie+ as well as other attractions that offer individual Lightning Lane outside of the Genie+ service.

I hope you and your party have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Alan! Please feel free to stop by the planDisney Panel with any more questions you may have. If you happen to prefer submitting questions in Spanish, that option is also available!
