It is funny you ask this because I had a similar situation when it came to my husband’s theme park ticket not showing up. What I realized was that he was not added to my
Family & Friends List at the time, and once I added him, I was able to make our theme park reservations with him included. If the other person is not included on your Family & Friends List, be sure to add them, as that could be why you can not access them to make the reservation. Also, have the other ticket holder check their
My Disney Experience account to see if the ticket appears on their end and if it does, adding them to the Family & Friends List should do the trick. If not, I recommend calling (407)939-4358 and getting the assistance of a cast member to see if there is another issue with the ticket not appearing.
