I am sorry to hear theme park closure due to the pandemic affected your
theme park tickets. Since you could not use admission by the extended expiration date, you are welcome to apply the amount initially paid toward tickets for a future date. Since your tickets have already expired and you can no longer view them in your Disney account, you will have to reach out to our friends at the Disney Reservation Center for assistance.
You can contact Cast Members at (407) 934-7639, and I highly recommend calling at 7:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, just as they start taking calls. Now that the world is returning to a world of magic, we have been experiencing heavier than average call volumes, but if you try contacting the Disney Reservation Center as early as possible in the morning, chances are your call will most likely be answered relatively soon.
