    I had linked my tickets when I realised I made a mistake on start date. Called and was given new confirmation. Now have no tickets linked and new confirmation doesn’t work. Have tried on laptop and on app.

    Oh bother... I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble linking your new confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account. I completely understand how frustrating that is! Thankfully, I actually went through the same issue a few months ago, so I do have a couple of tricks that we could try.

    Before we do anything else, I suggest that you clear the cache on your laptop or desktop computer and then try again. If it still isn't working, my tip for you would be to head to the My Disney Experience mobile app and speak to a friendly Cast Member through the chat box. The reason why I suggest using the chat box instead of calling again is that they're usually able to reply much faster and you won't have to hold for a long time. To find the chat box, open the app, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of the screen, scroll down, and click on "Chat With Us".

    When this happened to me last December, I simply messaged them with my full name and confirmation number, and they were able to link my reservation without any issues at all. Fortunately, your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is still over two months away, so you do have more than enough time to get this fixed before you join us here at the Most Magical Place on Earth. That being said, please consider giving the wonderful Cast Members another call at 1800 812 676 if you run into any trouble with the chat box.
