Hello! Is there a way to see if linked tickets have been previously used? For example, I have multiple linked tickets for multiple people in my family from multiple trips (past and present) in my app, but have lost track of which have not been used.

    Hello, MaryAnn!

Multiple trips to the Disneyland Resort sound like a magical experience. What a wonderful way to spend time with your family.

Perhaps the easiest way to check the status of your tickets is to look for their ticket numbers on the "My Theme Park Reservations" page. Partial ticket numbers may show up on that page. You can correlate those numbers with the ticket numbers that show up in the Disneyland mobile app. You can also look for your theme park reservation confirmation emails to find the confirmation numbers for your reservations as well as the QR codes associated with them. You may even click the “Re-Send QR Code” link on the "My Theme Park Reservations" page to have the codes delivered to your email inbox again.

You can also connect with the Cast Members on the Tickets phone line or via chat on the Disneyland mobile app, to ask for the latest information about your theme park tickets. You will want to gather as much information about your tickets as possible, including purchase confirmation numbers and ticket numbers.

I hope that helps give a few ideas of how to find the information you are looking for, MaryAnn. If you have any more questions about your visits to the Disneyland Resort, please don’t hesitate to look us up again at planDisney.
