Danny from West Yorkshire Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I've linked my tickets with my guests in the experience app etc but i'm not sure which ticket number relates to which guest. How can i find this out?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Danny!

Depending on how you’ve linked your Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park tickets to your My Disney Experience account, you might not be able to see the ticket numbers for Guests once the tickets have been linked. If they’re for children or other Guests whose accounts you manage, you should be able to click “My Profile” in your My Disney Experience mobile app and then choose “MagicBands & Cards.” The MagicBands and Admission Cards linked to yourself and to any Friends whose accounts you manage will display on that screen. Tap each person’s name to see the MagicBand and/or Admission Card number(s) associated with them. From a computer, log into your My Disney Experience account and then choose “My MagicBands and Cards.” Click the triangle next to each person’s name under “Manage MagicBands or Cards” to see all of the numbers for the MagicBands and Admission Cards connected to each person.

If you have members on your Family & Friends list who manage their own My Disney Experience accounts, you will still be able to book FastPass+ experiences for them, but you will not be able to see their MagicBand or Admission Card number(s). If you think a Guest’s MagicBand or Admission Card is missing from the list of Friends you manage, you can call (407) 939-3471 or 0800 16 90 730 in the UK.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with, Danny. Have a safe trip to Orlando, and we’ll see you real soon.
