Welcome back to planDisney, Silvia. I'm so happy you came back to ask questions about your upcoming trip! It's so soon!
To check that your tickets are correctly linked, I would fire up the
My Disney Experience mobile app, click the three horizontal lines (☰) in the bottom right-hand corner, and select the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. Here, you should see all tickets linked to your account. If you do not, click the plus sign (+) in the upper right-hand corner of this screen, select "Link Tickets & Passes," and then select "Type ID." You'll need the ID number from your confirmation email. If you run into any issues, you can
give a friendly Cast Member a call on the Tickets and Hotel Reservations line.
Once that's all set, you can set up the
Disney MagicMobile Service so that you can use your phone to tap into the parks and tap into any
Lightning Lane reservations you may have purchased. To do this, after clicking those three horizontal lines again, scroll down and select the "Set Up MagicMobile Entry." Click the plus sign in the top right-hand corner and follow the prompts to set up your passes. You should also be able to share them through iMessage with other members of your party.
Now, you
do have other options. You can ask for what's often referred to as a "Key to the World Card" at one of the
Guest Relations locations outside of the parks. These are essentially little credit cards that you can use to tap into the parks and Lightning Lanes. You can also purchase
MagicBands at the resort to
link to your account and use for the same purposes. I've actually been to the resort with groups that have had a mix of all three of these options!
Silvia, best wishes for an amazing trip. If you have any other questions,
you know where to bring them!
Just keep swimming,
Matt
