It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Pamela! Admission is a big part of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, especially now with the introduction of the
Disney Park Pass system, which is the brand new way guests will gain entry to the Theme Parks during
the phased reopening process. Since your tickets will need to be properly linked to each individual party member before you make your reservations, I'm happy to walk you through exactly how to do that.
If you think you've made an error assigning your tickets to your party members in
My Disney Experience, you can check each guest's ticket numbers in the "My MagicBands and Cards" section of the website's dropdown menu. You can compare the reference numbers there against your paperwork or ticket cards and make sure that each person has their own unique number. If there's been a mix up, you are able to reassign tickets quickly and easily from within the
My Disney Experience app. I want to add that I think you should be fine because one ticket should not be able to be linked to two different guests, but go ahead and double-check to make sure everything looks correct in the app. Once your tickets are linked, you can use the Disney Park Pass system to make reservations for your party to enter the Theme Parks and enjoy your holiday!
I hope this answers your questions, Pamela, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
