I linked my 2 tickets to my disney account on the app and they are not showing up. I refreshed the app and signed out and signed back in. I then tried making a reservation and it is not allowing me to because it says the tickets are already linked.

Hey there, hi there, Kahlen! Welcome to planDisney. We love sharing all our best tips and tricks to help other Guests make the most of their planning.

Oh boy! I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some technical difficulties. Unfortunately, we are just Guests like you, and our magic wands are limited in what they can achieve. It's hard to know what the issue is or could be regarding why your tickets aren't showing up in the "My Tickets and Passes" section of the Disneyland app. I would try the Disneyland website and see if you can see your tickets or reservations there, and if not, try linking from there. I haven't come across that type of error before when trying to make a reservation. The most common error message is about the ticket reaching the theme park reservation limit, which essentially means your ticket already has reservations for all days. If you booked a vacation package with Disneyland, tickets won't show up until 3 days before your arrival date. With your arrival being so soon, your best option would be to call Ticket Services and have a Cast Member try to help you figure out what the issue is.

I've been glued to my phone today, checking the official Disneyland Instagram to see all of the 70th Celebration details happening on this special day. I'm so glad that the festivities will continue over the next few months so that we can all enjoy the limited-time offerings.

Kahlen, I hope you can get your tickets linked, reservations booked, and it's nothing but magic from here on out!
