Hi Kelsey! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
Mistakes do happen, and that's okay. The good news is that this small little goof shouldn't matter. Guests who purchased standard
admission tickets, which don't require a government-issued photo ID, don't need to show proof of identification when entering the parks. For that reason, the name on the ticket doesn't matter. When you enter the parks for the first time with your admission ticket and
theme park reservation, a Cast Member will quickly take your picture. This picture will identify you with your ticket going forward, so while the Guest using the ticket can't change, the name on the ticket won't matter.
Certain admission tickets do require an ID, but unless you've purchased one of these special discounted tickets, which not all Guests are eligible for, you needn't worry about the name on your ticket. I hope that gives you peace of mind. However, if you're still worried about the incorrect name, please feel free to contact a helpful Cast Member on the
Tickets phone line. They can make adjustments you can't online, and they're always happy to answer any of your questions.
Your holiday is right around the corner, and I bet you're excited to experience all the spooky fun of
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort. My absolute must-do at this time of year is the special holiday overlays on select attractions like the Haunted Mansion Holiday attraction in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park. It's a complete transformation of an already beloved attraction. I bet you'll love it too!
Boo to you!
Elizabeth
