Hi Anna! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question!
I love that you are getting a head start on your 2023 Walt Disney World stay! It's never too early to start the planning process. One of the best parts about your arrival date is that you still get a chance to take part in the
50th Anniversary Celebration! Any special experiences, entertainment, and treats will be available throughout your entire stay.
Anna, it seems like you have taken the correct steps once you purchased your tickets to link them to your My Disney Experience account. Since you were able to
make four park pass selections already, it's odd that you are receiving an error message when continuing forward. One reason that I thought of why you might be getting a "Not Eligible" message is that you are trying to make a park reservation outside of the allotted window you were provided upon purchase. If you
purchased 14-Day Magic Tickets, you are provided an 18-day window to use your tickets within, while 7-Day Magic Tickets give you a 15-day window. I doubt since you are only booking your fifth park day that this is the reason, but I did want to mention this in the case that this is the problem.
I highly suggest reaching out to a Cast Member for further
assistance by calling 0800 16 90 730. They will be able to dive into your account and help fix the issue you are having. It's best to take care of this as soon as you have time since park availability is always subject to change. Since you are still more than eight months away from your stay, you should have plenty of time to get this figured out.
You have so much to look forward to on your upcoming trip. Although it has not been announced yet, the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts typically takes place during this time. If you are planning to spend some time at EPCOT, check to see if the
DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series is returning during the festival. My family was blown away by how amazing this performance was. We wish we had more time to see other performers throughout the week.
Anna, have the best time visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth! Once you get your tickets and park reservations squared away, you can start focusing on the fun details of your trip that await!
Happy planning!
Greg
