I linked my tickets to my account on my Disney App but I don't see them when I log on from my desktop. Do I need to relink them? If so, where?

    Hey there, Jessica!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. It sounds like you heard the magical news that the Disneyland Resort theme parks will soon reopen on April 30, 2021! Are you as excited as I am to get back to the magic?

Don’t worry, Jessica. You may not be able to view your linked tickets under the “My Disneyland” tab when logged into your account on Disneyland.com, although there is an option to link tickets there. However, if you linked them either online or in the Disneyland mobile app and you do see them in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the Disneyland app, there’s no need to link them again-- you’re all set to make theme park reservations!

On the home screen of the app, you’ll see a section labeled “Park Reservations.” Tap the “Manage or Make Reservations” link to reach the theme park reservations page. Tap “Book Theme Park Reservation'' to create your party. On the next screen, all your linked tickets should appear and you can select which tickets you want to use to create the reservation. After just a few more easy steps your date will be confirmed!

I hope this information helps you, Jessica. Please send us any other questions you have as you continue planning your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
