I linked tickets to my account but can’t find them

    Gerald,

    Thanks for your question!

Let me walk you through where to find your linked park tickets on My Disney Experience.

Start by going to the main page for My Disney Experience on a computer. If you scroll down the page, you should see a section titled "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets". The default tab in this section shows you your "Daily Itinerary", but you would not see tickets there. That tab is more about hotel and dining reservations. The second tab, titled "Tickets & Memory Maker", is where your tickets would show up.

If you are not seeing them there, you might still need to link them. Just scroll back up, and under "Plans and Tickets" you should see a series of blue circles representing different ticket/reservation types. If you hover your mouse over the "Park Tickets" icon, you will see options pop up. Select "Link Tickets", and you can add them there. You will see from the other circles that you could go in to add resort, dining, and FastPass+ reservations as well.

Specific to your question, I did have once where I am sure that I linked the tickets. But upon returning to the site I did not see them there. After entering them again all was fine. So you might want to try one more time to enter them, if you don't see them already. If after that you still cannot see them, call Disney at (407) 939-5277, and they can assist you further.
