I linked my SoCal 3 day park tickets purchased before Covid using the Disney app and I can see all family member tickets under "Tickets and Passes". But when I login on my computer to make reservations they are not there. How do I link?

    Hi, Casey!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for bringing us your Disneyland Resort question. I’m counting down the days until Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park open their magical gates!

Although there is an option to link theme park tickets from your computer, you may not be able to view your previously-linked tickets under the “My Disneyland'' tab when logged into your account on Disneyland.com. However, if you linked them either online or in the app previously and you see them in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the Disneyland app, then don’t worry! They are properly linked and you're all set to make a theme park reservation.

On the home screen of the Disneyland app, there is a section labeled “Park Reservations.” Tap the “Manage or Make Reservations” link for the theme park reservations page (this is the same one you’d be directed to if you accessed the system through Disneyland.com instead). Tap “Book Theme Park Reservation'' to create your party. On the next screen, all your linked tickets should be listed so you can choose which tickets you want to use to create the reservation.

I hope this helps you, Casey. Please stop by again if you need any more assistance as your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth approaches!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
