    Hi there, we have linked our 3 reservations but we can not create a complete reservation party for all 11 of us. We are all on the friends and family list and are all sharing plans but we do not seem to be able to make reservations for all 11 of us?

    Let me start by saying how happy I am by the fact that you were able to link your three reservations together. It always fills me with joy to see that my answers have helped ease some of my fellow Guests' concerns about planning vacations to the Walt Disney World Resort

    Emma, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble making Theme Park reservations for all 11 of you. Let's see if I can help you troubleshoot this issue on your own!

    Before we begin, you need to know that all the minors within your travel party must have their plans managed by someone who's over 13 years of age. If there are any minors in your group, the first thing you'll need to do is identify their manager, who will be in charge of booking Theme Park reservations for them. If you've been trying to make Theme Park reservations for children whose plans you don't manage, this is the reason why you haven't been able to continue. If this was the case for you, you should be able to make everyone else's Theme Park reservations without any issues at this point.

    However, assuming that there are no children in your travel party and you're still having technical difficulties, I have a couple other tricks up my sleeve. First, you could always clear the cache in your desktop computer or laptop. If this sounds like an easy fix, that's because it is. Your next option would be to switch over to another browser, like Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox. If this still isn't doing anything for you, I encourage you to speak to a Cast Member at 0800 16 90 749, which is the Technical and Website Support hotline for UK Guests.
