dialling the UK freephone number contained within this link. Prior to going online, or calling you'll want to be sure to have your booking reference number and lead passenger details close to hand.
Generally speaking, it might be useful to know that for flight inclusive bookings, the full balance is required 100 days before the departure date, and for hotel and ticket only bookings, the full balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
