    I linked my purchased tickets to my Disney account and it doesn't show up in my reservations. I tried to link again and it says it's "already linked to my account". I am unable to make a reservation because it's already linked.

    Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are honored to answer your question regarding your next trip to the Disneyland Resort in a few weeks! WOO HOO! We KNOW you are going to have the most MAGICAL time!

    First of all, I am so sorry you are having issues with your Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets. My recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. They are able to open your My Disneyland Account and pinpoint the issue in order to resolve your problem very quickly.

    We know the wait time to speak to a Cast Member the past few weeks has been extremely long. HOWEVER, I have some MAGICAL news for you! I am very happy to inform you that when I call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Center in the evening, I have only waited a few minutes! WOO HOO! (NOTE: I have found that calling in the morning or afternoon will definitely increase your wait time.)

    As more and more TIGGER-ific information is shared about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I would highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels and subscribing to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!
