Hey Howdy Hey Juan and welcome to planDisney!
I am so excited to hear that you have your tickets booked and you are planning to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth really soon! It sounds like we have one minor issue with linking your Theme Park Tickets, which we need to sort out. Let's go over a few things to see if we can't get things rolling for you.
The first tip I have for you involves the difference between your
My Disney Account online and the
My Disney Experience app. In my experience, I have purchased tickets several times in the past and for whatever reason, I can see them online in my account but not in my app. If you look online, go to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and click on the heading "My Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker". You should see your linked tickets there. If you do, I would either try to close your app or uninstall and reinstall it to see if things update appropriately. These are all things I have been instructed by Cast Members to perform to try to get similar issues in the past resolved.
If you go through the steps above without success, I would try one more time to link your tickets to your My Disney Account. If you get an error message you would have two options. You could give it some time to see if the system is running slow. I have had this happen to me, same scenario but I was unable to call until the next day. By morning everything was loading and running smoothly and I have no idea why. Your other option would be
calling Disney and speaking with a Cast Member. They will be able to troubleshoot things for you and get things moving a little quicker.
I hope these tips helped get your tickets linked or on the right path to doing so. If you have any further questions as you get back to planning your vacation, please let us know, we are always happy to help!
To Infinity and Beyond,
Nick
