I linked my passes on the app and it says “park planning pass” and it’s in yellow how do I fix this?

    Hello Penney!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry for the confusion you are facing and I am glad you came to us for help! A Park Planning Pass is usually related to the Theme Park Reservation system. A ticket would be clearly labeled as a ticket or with the official name of the Annual Pass which is what you will need to enter the Parks.

If you purchased tickets and linked them properly they should show up under "My Tickets & Passes." If you swipe right you should see all the tickets linked to your account. Since you could make a Theme Park Reservation it means you must have tickets somewhere! I would try to link your tickets again by opening up the My Disney Experience Mobile App and scrolling down to "Link to Account" under the "Account" heading. You can type in the confirmation numbers for your ticket that are probably in your email. Once you complete this the ticket should appear under "My Tickets & Passes." I would also try to see if your tickets appear on a computer browser under "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." Sometimes the app can be tricky and it works out better on the site. If you continue to not see the tickets I would reach out via phone to Cast Members at "Existing Tickets" to help figure this out. They can access your account information and get it all linked.

Your trip times out wonderfully as you will arrive during a special holiday period. Things will be busy and this is one of the few times I would consider Lightning Lane Multi Pass as a "must." There will be magical holiday decorations and special parades but if you plan on riding attractions expect a longer queue or utilize Lightning Lanes. Guests staying at Walt Disney World Resort Hotel can purchase it 7 days before and set it up for their whole stay. Other guests will have to wait three days before they arrive.

I hope that this helps and you will have a fabulously merry time!

    Happy Planning!

We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
