I have linked my passes to my account and made my wife someone who can access all my plans. I have shared them with her. But she is not able to view and manage anything from her app.

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Stacy!

Wow, it looks like loads of magical fun is loading for you! January is a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort.

I have experienced a similar situation with my husband’s My Disney Experience account because he was unable to access the plans that had been shared with him. Once we double-checked to ensure he was logged in, some of the plans appeared, but not all of them. At that point, we called Website Support at (407) 939-4357, and a cast member could help him get the access he needed. Be sure to call website support if you cannot get the plans to show up on your wife’s account.

We will be here if you have any questions before or during your upcoming stay.

    Have a magical vacation!
