I had linked my 3rd party tickets & set up Fast Passes for March 2020, but Covid hit so the trip was cancelled and tickets never used. Now I have re-booked trip, but my tickets cannot be linked. How do I link them for this new trip?

    Hello Lisa,

Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney! It's so great to hear that you have re-booked your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. I can imagine that you're super excited to visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth," especially as you'll get to join "The World’s Most Magical Celebration" to mark all the 50th anniversary festivities.

If your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets were linked to your My Disney Experience account, there's a possibility that they are still linked, and I can offer a tip on how to check to see if they remain linked. If it happens that you're not seeing your tickets display as you'd expect, and you're not able to use the features to link your tickets, my recommendation is to call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 to get assistance from a Cast Member who can help look into your tickets with you.

You can take a look at the "My Plans" area of your My Disney Experience account, and look in the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. There you should see a "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab, and that's where your theme park tickets would display when linked to your account. You could also check to see if your tickets are linked using the My Disney Experience mobile app. In the app, you can tap the main menu icon (the 3 stacked lines in the lower right), and tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile to see tickets linked to your account.

I'll also share a quick tip that you can use the "Let's Link Your Reservations and Purchases" feature to link your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. This could be a step that you might have already tried, though, as you mentioned that your tickets cannot be linked.

I'm hopeful that you can see that your tickets are linked, or perhaps link them if they are not. If you still find you need assistance, you can speak with a Cast Member at the phone number above or chat with a Cast Member using the online chat service.

Once you have your theme park tickets linked, you'll want to be sure to use the Disney Park Pass system to make your theme park reservations.

Lisa, here's wishing you a fun and wonderful visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. It's so great to see you're getting a chance to visit to enjoy all the magic of the theme parks!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
