Hey there, Lisa!
Thanks for visiting planDisney!
It's great to hear you're planning your Walt Disney World Resort getaway! I'm sure you're getting excited for all the magic you'll enjoy.
I know from personal experience that there are times when what I see displayed in
My Disney Experience doesn't quite look as I expect it to, and these are the times when I call the friendly experts at the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk. My best suggestion is to call the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 and share with them the details of what you're seeing.
From what you describe, it sounds like you might need to provide some details such as the other accounts you're linked with and who purchased the theme park tickets. I'm confident the Help Desk Cast Members will work with you to sort through the issue you're seeing. You can also reach out through the
online chat service.
Once you get your My Disney Experience plans looking as expected, you'll want to be sure to make your theme park reservations through the
Disney Park Pass system. It could be that the Guest party with whom you're linked has already made, or will be making, your theme park reservations. You'll just want to check your Daily Itinerary in your My Plans area to see that you have theme park reservations for the parks you wish to visit.
Lisa, as you and your travel party make plans, let us know here at planDisney if you need suggestions. Each of us at planDisney likes to share our recommendations from our own vacations to Disney destinations. I also invite you to
follow my fellow planDisney Panelists on social media for more ideas and insights on making the most of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Enjoy all the magic!
Jerry
