    Welcome to planDisney, Becki!

Can you believe that you are less than two months away from saying bonjour to Disneyland Paris?!? Now that you have your hotel booked and tickets purchased, the planning can truly begin, so let's get right to your question!

If you purchased your theme park tickets through the Disneyland Paris website then they should have automatically linked to your MyDisney account at the time of purchase. These can conveniently be viewed in your account using both the Disneyland Paris website (under 'My Bookings') and the mobile app (under 'My Ticket & Passes'). If you check in either place and don't see your tickets, there's no need to worry. There's still plenty of time to link them, and the linking process is so simple that you'll think you must have had a Fairy Godmother's assistance — bibbidi bobbidi boo!
    • To link your tickets using the Disneyland Paris website, you'll begin by logging in to your MyDisney account. Once logged in, you'll select 'My Bookings' and then 'See my booking' under the appropriate heading depending on when you bought your tickets. From there, you'll be prompted to enter the booking number from the e-mail you received confirming your ticket purchase as well as the last name provided at the time of purchase.
    • To link your tickets using the app, you'll select the 'Link Ticket or Pass' option that appears as soon as you open the app. From there, you'll be prompted to either scan the ticket's code using your device camera or enter the ticket number manually. Once your tickets are linked in the app, you can access them at any time by navigating to 'Account' and then 'My Tickets & Passes'.
If you are having trouble with the steps listed above or can't locate your booking or confirmation email, I suggest reaching out to a Disney Expert by phone or the Dream Team via chat on the Disneyland Paris website before you arrive so that they can help you track down your tickets!

Oh, and don't forget, Becki, that the Disneyland Paris app is so much more than a place to store your theme park tickets and hotel bookings. Featuring maps that will help you navigate the theme parks and track wait times as well as the capability to purchase Premier Access and book dining tables, it's just like having a pocket full of pixie dust!
