Amber, did you purchase your theme park tickets on the
Disneyland Official website ? If you have a purchase receipt that shows the correct number of adult tickets purchased, but it is appearing differently in the
Disney Mobile App, then this should be easily correctable by the Cast Member on the Tickets line at +1 (714) 781-4636 . You can also you can
send an email to a Disney Cast Member if that is more convenient for you.
However, if you purchased your tickets through a 3rd party, please make sure you reach back out to them first.
