I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty linking your tickets. It is a little tricky for me to diagnose exactly what the issue may be since as a regular Guest myself I don't have access to the information in your account and can't "see" what might be going on. I'll do my best to help you troubleshoot.
When linking tickets to my account, I have sometimes experienced multiple tickets being linked to the same Guest. I suggest using the
My Disney Experience mobile app to go to "Tickets and Passes" (use the menu button in the lower right corner). If you see more than one ticket assigned to the same Guest, below the ticket select "Reassign Ticket" and then select the correct Guest from your
Family & Friends List.
If you don't see all your tickets listed there, I would try signing out of your account and closing the app or browser window, and then relaunching it and trying to link your daughter's ticket again. If that doesn't seem to help, I recommend
giving the My Disney Experience tech team a call. A helpful Cast Member should be able to verify the information and tickets in your account and assist you.
