We linked 4 magic bands. In They all show the barcode, bluetooth, light up theme, setting. Only mine doesn`t show these options but I can see the barcode and picture of my MagicBand. Not sure if it is linked or not? If I click on link it gives me error now

Hey there, Gabriela! Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so glad that you've stopped by with such a great question. I love chatting Disney with my pals, pal!

I am so excited to hear you have purchased the new MagicBand+! My family and I just purchased ours when we were at Walt Disney World Resort last week, and they are oh-so-cute and so much fun! What's less than exciting is hearing that you are having issues getting your Band to link and pair properly, but Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries!" My wife had the exact same issue as you, and I'm more than happy to help you troubleshoot to start making the most out of your most magical MagicBand+!

Since you can see your MagicBand+ under your name on your My Disney Experience account, it sounds as if your Band is linked; it just isn't pairing and connecting. This is exactly what was happening to my wife, so, I will walk you through the steps she took to get it to successfully pair and connect. First, make sure that your MagicBand+ is charged using the charger provided with your Band. Then, go to the settings on your phone, turn off Bluetooth and turn your phone off completely (My wife left hers off for approximately 30 seconds). Turn your phone back on, log in to your My Disney Experience app, tap the three-line menu icon at the bottom of the screen and then tap the "MagicBands and More" tile. Under your name, tap the blue link and follow the prompts to return to your phone's settings to turn your Bluetooth back on. Return to the My Disney Experience app, make sure you're back in the MagicBand section and hold your MagicBand+ close to your phone. This should do the trick to successfully pair, connect and use your new MagicBand+ to its fullest. Happy tapping!

If these troubleshooting tips did not work, call a helpful Cast Member with My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ at (407) 939-4357. If you are in the theme parks, I recommend stopping by one of the blue Guest Experience umbrellas for some assistance.

Gabriela, I hope this was helpful, and I hope your MagicBand+ is linked, paired, connected and working like ... MAGIC! Please stop by any time with any questions you may have. You've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon,

    Mandy
