I've linked 2 magic bands on DisneyWorld.com, when I sign in on DisneyWorld.com and go to my Disney Experience I see them. When I sign in on the My Disney Experience app the magic bands don't show up? Any help would be great. Thanks, Eddie

    Greetings, Eddie!

Welcome to planDisney with an important question. I am glad to see that you are starting to finalize your plans. Confirming that you have MagicBands linked to people in your travel party is very important. It will allow them to use a MagicBand to access theme park admission, redeem Lightning Lane experiences, add PhotoPass Photos to your Memory Maker and so much more.

You can see your active, and deactivated, MagicBands in My Disney Experience under the MagicBands and Cards tab. In the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can also confirm you linked MagicBands. To find them, open the app and tap on the 3 horizontal lines in the lower right corner. Scroll down and tap on My Profile. This will open details under My Account. Tap on MagicBands and Cards and touch Your MagicBands & Cards. Here you will see all the ID Numbers for all of your MagicBands. Don’t worry if you do not see the photo icon of your MagicBands, as long as you see its corresponding ID number, it is linked to your My Disney Experience account and ready for use. The magic is in the RFID chip stored inside the center of the MagicBand. Tap it against a touchpoint and you automagically can open the door to your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel.

Remember all Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort need a valid theme park admission ticket and a Disney Park Pass Reservation. You can confirm that you have made reservations for everyone in your party in the mobile app by tapping the Future Plans button and scrolling through your plans. Everyone needs a park pass for each day they plan to visit a park. If you have not made your reservations, I suggest that you make them as soon as possible. All parks have limited availability and a ticket does not guarantee admission.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us here at planDisney.

    See ya real soon,
