dig a little deeper and help you with your
MagicBand+ question. I’m happy to help point you in the right direction!
Once a MagicBand has been linked to a Guest, it cannot be reassigned to another person. However, like Dr. Facilier, I have friends on the other side. As long as your MagicBand+ has not been used by another Guest, I suggest calling one of the friendly Cast Members at the
App and MagicBand Support phone number right away to see if they can help you. While I can’t guarantee what they’ll be able to do, this does happen from time to time, and I know they will do their best to help.
