    Hi! I just linked a hotel reservation on the My Disney experience app but I’ve linked one of the people to the wrong profile. Is there any way to amend it in the app? I see the help phone number is American and I’m in the UK so would prefer not to ring!

    Welcome to planDisney!  I'm so happy that you've stopped by with such a great question for us to help you with today, plus as the current UK-based Panelist, I'm totally thrilled to be the lucky one assisting you! 

    Planning a jolly holiday to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort is such a fun and exciting thing to do!  Therefore, I'm so pleased to hear that you've already been busy planning with My Disney Experience, and have been linking Magic Tickets to everyone's individual profiles.  I always enjoy doing little tasks like this, as it seems to make the magic of a Disney holiday seem even closer!

    Laura, I have some great news to share with you!  By logging into your My Disney Experience Mobile App on your smart device and heading to the Tickets and Passes tile, you should be able to scroll along to view the tickets already linked to everyone in your Family and Friends planning party.  Either you, or the Guest whose ticket requires reassigning should be able to see the option to Reassign Ticket.

    Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie-dust you should now be able to make all your amendments via the My Disney Experience Mobile App.  However, if this is not the case, don't worry Laura, as Guests like you and I from the United Kingdom are able to dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

    Knowledgable Cast Members in Techincal and Website Support will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account, and in doing so will be able to make any necessary ticket reassignments on your behalf.
