Disneyland mobile app – I can offer a few suggestions:
• Try logging in to your Disneyland account from a computer, to check if you see your friends’ theme park reservations there. Once logged in, go to the “My Disneyland” tab and select “Ticket and Reservation Details.” Click on “View My Park Reservations.” If you see the theme park reservations here, that seems like a good sign that they are intact.
• I would try logging out of the
Disneyland mobile app and logging back in. When you go to “Tickets and Passes”, check if you can view your friends’ tickets here. This is what you will be showing at the main entrance to get scanned in. The theme park reservation is tied to each ticket.
• Check with your friends to confirm they can view their own tickets in their instance of the
Disneyland mobile app. If so, at least you’ll all be able to get scanned in. Once inside the park, you can visit Guest Services to see if they can assist you in linking the tickets effectively in your account.
