I have linked all my family’s Disney cards to my account. Can I deactivate my brothers family ones so he can add to his account? Then I can just link out accounts to do fast passes.

    Hi there, Sarah!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

It sounds like you previously managed your brother’s plans on your My Disney Experience account and now you want to allow him to manage his own. I can totally relate to your situation, because I always manage my family’s plans until they need to start using their own My Disney Experience accounts!

Here is what I do when I need to break those ties. —It sounds a bit harsh, but it’s not at all, especially because I then send a request to connect with them on our Family & Friends list so we can still share plans and make FastPass+ selections for one another! You would first reach out to Walt Disney World Resort Web Site Support team. Technical Support is available 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. all Eastern Standard Time, all week. You will go through the options over the phone and you will ask for “Technical Support” and a Cast Member will be happy to help assist you. After they separate your brother’s account, you can then request to join his Family & Friends list.

Once you are all connected on your Family & Friends list, you can start sharing plans and making FastPass+ selections for one another!

Sarah, I hope you and your family have the most magical vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
