I have linked with other family members but none of the plans I’ve made are being shared with them. My list of family and friends has also duplicated.

    Hello there, Anna!

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing some technical difficulties, but I think I’ve spent enough time at Droid Depot in Disney’s Hollywood Studios to know how to fix a few things in my My Disney Experience account.

First, let’s look at your Family and Friends List in your My Disney Experience account to see that everyone in your party’s name appears on your list. Next, select “Update” next to each person’s name to make sure that “All My Plans” is selected. Once you’ve done this, ask your friends and family to do the same on their accounts. Once you’ve all completed these steps, make sure to refresh your page or log into your account again. Fingers crossed, this fixes your issue!

If I still require a bit more Jedi training, my next recommendation is to call one of the lovely Cast Members on the U.K. contact list for assistance. Based on the duplicates in your account, you may require some additional force-sensitive assistance to merge the duplicates and make sure you all can make and share plans together. These Cast Members may be able to view your specific account and assist you with these changes.

It sounds like you are a Master Walt Disney World vacation planner. Once your party is linked up, I’m sure they’ll be so excited to see all of the planning you’ve done. Let us know if you need any other tips or tricks for your vacation.

May the magic be with you!

Hello there! I'm Melanie - a Walt Disney World Resort-loving Jersey girl living in Maryland with my Jedi Brewmaster husband and Bluey lookalike dog. Before I was even born, I grew up taking multigenerational vacations with my family at Disney's Beach Club Resort. The Disney force has grown stronger in my family since we took an adults-only voyage aboard Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. Whether you want to feel like a Disney Princess or a Jedi-in-training, I can't wait to help you plan a harmonious vacation. Learn More About Melanie
