Hey there Ashley, Thanks for stopping by planDisney for your planning questions. I will be happy to help link your family to their tickets.
The
My Disney Experience app is my go-to for adding Family and Friends to your plans. If you head to the settings section of the app, scroll down to "My Profile" and tap on it, you should see all your info come up from "Memberships and Passes" to "MagicBands & Cards". All the way at the top you will see "Family and Friends" tap on it. Now, this is where you can scroll to the line that has a blue "+ Add a Guest" option. The app will then ask how you would like to add a guest with 3 options. Option 1 is "Find through my connected guests" if you have ever linked someone they are here and can be assigned to your list. Option 2 is "I'll enter their name and age". This one is usually for those Mouseketeers under 13 who can't manage their own account. Option 3 is the easiest. "Scan their linking code". Each guest should download the My Disney Experience app so you can scan their linking code found within the same app. Once this is done you will be able to assign those tickets and then before you know it you will be walking down Main Street U.S.A. headed to take selfies in front of
Cinderella Castle.
If for some reason you still are having issues linking your family there is support available if you
Call Walt Disney World. This link has a phone number for website support as well as the My Disney Experience app.
Your trip is so close, I hope you are ready for a magical visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort. I'm also hoping the information I have here is helpful in linking that family of yours. Please don't hesitate to come back if you have any other planning needs.
Have a magical visit!
Jeremy A.
