Lunar New Year with my mom – we had a magical time! Lunar New Year festivities are underway through February 13, so you’ll make it just in time to enjoy the colorful, vibrant celebration.
Brianna, I have experienced issues as well with the
Disneyland mobile app not updating with information in my Disneyland account right away. Sometimes the good old fashioned reboot method works for me. I would try logging out of the Disneyland mobile app and logging in again to see if that refreshes your information.
Also, in case you have multiple Disneyland accounts, be sure you’re logged in to the same account from your Disneyland mobile app that has the tickets linked to it.
If this doesn’t work, and you are indeed seeing your tickets in your Disneyland account when logging in from your computer, you may want to try the “Chat with Us” feature in the Disneyland mobile app to have a Guest Services team member look into it for you. You can also contact them
via phone if you prefer.

Downtown Disney District while enjoying my heart-shaped treats from
Marceline's Confectionery.
