Hey there Kristin,
Thanks for swinging by with your question. It seems like the technology rodeo can sometimes be a bit wild, but we're here to hopefully help you wrangle it in.
If your Disney Resort reservation is playing hide-and-seek in your My Disney Experience account, fear not! Head on over to the My Reservations page within My Disney Experience, and if your reservation isn't lassoed there, it might need a helping hand to be linked.
Mosey on over to the r
eservation and purchase linking page – choose the "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package" option to kick things off. Here, you’ll punch in your Resort Confirmation Number and the last name of the reservation planner, and voila, your reservation should hitch its wagon to your account.
Now, some folks find it smoother to use a good old computer, instead of the My Disney Experience app for this linking dance. One quick tip: don't forget to clear your computer's cookies, sometimes this helps that technology work a bit better.
If you booked your reservation solo without a travel pro, the steps above should do the trick. If you're still facing a wild tech rodeo, it might be time to
contact the magical Disney IT fairies for some extra enchantment.
And since you haven't lassoed your
Theme Park Tickets yet, remember that date-based tickets now let you roam free without needing a Theme Park reservation. If you choose a Theme Park ticket with a Park Hopper option, you can now hop around all day at any time. Don't forget about those
Virtual Queues on select experiences for some extra magic.
I hope you enjoy your upcoming Disney adventures!
