Hello Kevin, and welcome to planDisney with a very important question!
I am excited to see that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days, I am disappointed in Stitch who is up to his old tricks again. You have to forgive him. He gets excited when Guests are making plans to visit him.
I am on the
My Disney Experience mobile app all the time and when I run into trouble with my tickets or reservations, I log in to
My Disney Experience on my laptop for a few reasons. I can see all my tickets and reservations easier. I can follow the prompts to link new reservations to my itinerary. My smartphone might be glitching if I am not running the newest operating system or the most updated version of the mobile app.
Check to make sure that all of your tickets are linked and assigned to the proper Guests, by logging into My Disney Experience and clicking on the
My Plans tab. Here you will see your
My Planning Party that consists of your family and friends traveling with you. Make sure everyone is connected to you and sharing plans. Scroll down to the
My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets and click the
Tickets and Memory Maker tab. You can verify that everyone in your party has the proper admission ticket linked to them. If a ticket has not been assigned to a guest properly, you can reassign it. Next, tap the
Daily Itinerary tab to see your Disney Park Pass Reservations. You will be able to see all of your current Disney Park Pass reservations. If all of your tickets are linked property, try again to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for the member of your party that does not have one. Scroll up towards the top of the page to the
Park Reservations button and hover over it. Click on
Make a Reservation and follow the prompts to make a reservation.
If you are still having trouble making reservations, Vanellope may be causing a glitch and you will need more help than Fix-It-Felix to resolve the issue. The Cast Members on the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands tech team can help you by calling (407) 939-4357. I hope this helps to resolve your issues so you can resume your last-minute to-do lists before you arrive.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
