I have linked my 4 day tickets to my Disney app. The first date is April 9, I would assume that today I would be able to access the fast passes however the app is telling me that they can’t find the tickets. When I go into the “my tickets” they are there

Hi there Gilian, welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m glad to hEAR from you today!

I’m guessing that you’ve taken advantage of a 4-Day Magic Ticket for your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World — how awesome! I recently learned about these Tickets and just love this additional option for families visiting the Parks. It sounds like you linked your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, which will definitely allow you to make those FastPass+ selections 30 days before your arrival date if staying off Disney property, or 60 days in advance if staying at a Disney Resort Hotel. Given the timing of your question, I’m guessing your trip starts in approximately 30 days. I think the issue may be that 30 days before April 9 falls on March 10, not March 9. Even when tickets are properly linked, you will see an error message of sorts if you attempt to make FastPass+ selections at any point before 7 am at exactly 30 days prior to your first Ticket day.

Hopefully, you have resolved this by now and have made your selections successfully, but I hope this helps you with any trips you take in the future! If you have any more questions or if we can help you in any other way, do not hesitate to come back to see us! If you are still having trouble with this process, I recommend that you call Ticket Services and I am sure they'll be able to sort it out for you.

    See ya real soon!
