Hi, I linked our 7 Day park tickets today but they aren't showing on my MDE for two of the guests. When my son and daughter tried to link on their app, it said it had already been allocated. Can you please offer any advice. Thank you

    Hello Joanne,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow international traveller!

If I understand your question correctly, you’re having some difficulties linking your 7-Day Magic Tickets to your family’s My Disney Experience profiles. I’ve had this issue before with my son’s Theme Park Tickets, so I understand how frustrating that can be.

Let me walk you through the process on your desktop, just to make sure that you’ve gone through the right steps. First, log in to your My Disney Experience account. Then, click on the “My Plans” section (should be the main page that you see after logging in.) Check the “My Planning Party” section – you should see your son and daughter’s profiles listed under that heading, if they’re part of your My Family & Friends list. You’ll see a series of 3 icons, representing a resort reservation, Theme Park Tickets and Disney Dining reservations that are associated with each of the profiles. If the ticket icon isn’t greyed out for your children, then that means that they have valid Theme Park admission associated with their accounts.

If that icon is greyed out, scroll down to the “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” section. Immediately under that heading, on the left-hand side of the screen, you should see two choices: “Daily Itinerary” and “Tickets and Memory Maker.” Click on the tickets option and you should see a list of all the tickets and Memory Maker purchases associated with your Family & Friends’ profiles that are linked to you. You should see your son and daughter’s tickets listed there.

Another option: if you’ve already downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App, please go to the menu option on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. You’ll see an option for “Tickets and Passes” and, by swiping right, you should be able to scroll through all of the tickets that have been associated with any of the profiles included in your “My Family & Friends List.”

If none of those options are working for you, you’ll unfortunately need to contact Walt Disney World Resort either by telephone or by email in order to sort everything out.

I’m truly sorry that you’re having problems linking your family’s tickets. I hope my advice helps you fix these issues. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
