    Hi! I have linked comp tickets to my app what will I need to do on the day we arrive at the park for entry? Thank you

    We’re so happy to hear from you at planDisney! Our Mickey Ears are on, and we are so excited for you to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth SO soon! Be sure to view the Holiday Events & Celebrations page to get the most out of your winter adventures! 

    Comp tickets work just like “regular” tickets in my experience! There shouldn’t be anything special you need to do at the front gate upon arrival. Just make sure that your tickets are properly linked to your My Disney Experience account, make your Disney Park Pass Reservations, and enjoy your time! 

    If there happens to be an issue with your tickets, a friendly Cast Member at the front gates will be able to help you easily! (Again, I haven’t ever had problems with my comp tickets, so I think you’ll be just fine!) 

    Soak up the magic, enjoy every moment, and take lots of pictures! You may consider adding Memory Maker to your account for your upcoming trip because there are some AMAZING new Magic Shots (you can see some of them on our Instagram page) that are being offered by Disney PhotoPass!
