I linked my CC to my account for "Hotel Account Charges", however had planned on using my Disney Gift Card we have been adding to this year. Can I still use the GC for my end balance? I do not show a place to save a Gift Card on file.

    Hi Jennifer!

You sure can!  My favorite way to fund a Walt Disney World vacation is with Disney Gift Cards!  You will still be required to put a credit card guarantee on your room charge account, but you can pay your balance off at any time using your gift cards.  What I like to do is pay off my balance the night before my departure date so nothing gets charged to my credit card when I check out.  Do keep in mind that there is a credit limit on room charging, so if you think you're nearing your limit, you'll want to pay down your balance first.

Did you know you can combine your Disney Gift Cards if you have multiple?  It's super quick and easy to do online on the Disney Gift Card website and is a great way to manage your cards.  It's also a great way to register your cards in case they are lost or stolen.  You can simply transfer the balance to another card in your possession and you won't be out any money.  We often purchase gift cards at Sam's Club (or other similar stores) at a discount to save money on our vacations, so it's easier to carry around one or two cards rather than a whole bunch.

    Have a magical day!
