I have linked a brand new unused ticket to my sons magicband, but I want to unlink it and put it back in our family safe. I can't seem to figure out how to unlink it. It will let me reassign it to a different person but not totally unlink it. Can you help

Hello, Jacqueline!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

What a great question!  Please call (407)939-5277 and speak with a Cast Member who will either walk you through the process of "unlinking" a Magic Band or take care of the issue for you.  I don't know if it can be done or not, but this is the number you will need to call.  These folks are very knowledgable and ready to help in anyway they can.I hope this issue can be resolved quickly.

Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.
