Bonjour Hayley and welcome back to planDisney!
First of all, well done you for managing to get a dining reservation at the super popular Royal Banquet, during your upcoming visit to
Disneyland Paris.
My family dined at the
Royal Banquet for the very first time during our last trip and I must tell you that it is now my favourite Character meal. The restaurant itself is just gorgeous and we were lucky enough to have the entrance to Disneyland Park as the view from our table. The Disney characters, dressed in their regal attire, looked adorable and visited our table several times each, during the meal. It was just brilliant - a real highlight of our trip!
To answer your question, Hayley, when you book a Hotel + Ticket package, staying at a Disney Hotel, one of the benefits that you get is the ability to add Character Dining to your booking, at the time of booking (subject to availability).
When you do this, the dining reservations do not show up in the "Account Section" of the
Disneyland Paris App, under "My Table Bookings", like ones that you make through the App do. They will however be detailed on your booking confirmation. You should also be able to see them in the Disneyland Paris App once your MagicPass appears in the "Tickets & Passes" section, 7-days before you are due to arrive.
If you booked directly with Disneyland Paris and would like to double-check this, before then, you can either
call the Client Relation Center or, ask an Agent, who is able to access your booking, via the Live Chat function on the Disneyland Paris App or website.
Top Tip - The Live Chat function can be accessed by clicking on "Ask your question" in the blue box that says "Need help?" which pops up while you are browsing the Disneyland Paris website and/or Disneyland Paris App.
Finally, before I go, one last thought, if you'll have any little ones travelling with you, I can highly recommend booking a royal transformation for them at
My Royal Dream before your meal at the Royal Banquet. I mean what child doesn't want to become a prince or princess for the day?
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
