I have linked my 50th anniversary wdw tickets to MDE by QR code. I tried to make park reservations and I was asked to enter 12 digit for my ticket number. The back of my ticket looks different to the example. What number do I need to enter?

Hello Yvonne, and welcome to planDisney!

As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, it always makes me extra happy when I have the pixie-dusted opportunity of assisting a fellow Guest from the United Kingdom with their jolly holiday plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort.

By already purchasing your Magic Tickets, it sure sounds as if you've been busy planning ahead for your Disney holiday during the World's Most Magical Celebration for the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort.

As I expect you'll already know Yvonne, it's super important to successfully link your Magic Tickets to your My Disney Experience account, which will then in turn enable you to make Disney Park Pass reservations for your desired Disney days.

I'm more than happy to share that to physically link Will Call Magic Ticket eTickets purchased online from the Walt Disney Travel Company to your My Disney Experience account, you'll want to follow these handy instructions -

     - Log in to My Disney Experience account via a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers)

If you're still having a spot of bother in linking your Magic Tickets to your My Disney Experience account, then I would suggest speaking in person with a Cast Member who will be more than happy to offer some further, over-the-phone assistance.

Tech-savvy Cast Members can fully gain access to your My Disney Experience account, and in doing so, will be able to assist with linking your Magic Tickets.

To connect with a Disney Cast Member, please go ahead and dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

Yvonne, I also thought it might be bibbidi-bobbidi-brilliant for your Disney holiday planning to take a peek at these Frequently Asked Questions - My Disney Experience.

Please know you're as welcome as can be to drop back to me here at planDisney if you should have any additional questions about holidaying within the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
