Hello! Is there a link or website that shows the nutritional value of food at Disneyland Resort? Such as funnel cake @ Hungry Bear, Street Tacos at Rancho del Zocalo, corn dogs, etc. Thanks.

    Hi there, Kai!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I admire that you are focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle even while vacationing. The Disneyland Resort is committed to providing dining options and food items for Guests with various allergies, preferences, and dietary needs. While nutritional information like calorie counts are not available online, you may get more information by emailing the Special Diets team or calling the Disney Dining line at (714) 781-3463 and pressing option 4.

If you are trying to find more nutritious options in the parks, I'd love to suggest some favorites. You can have healthy yet delicious skewers of meat or veggies in Disneyland Park at the convenient Bengal Barbecue. Over in Disney California Adventure Park, I have found healthy options at Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill like fish tacos. I also love snacking on some fresh mango and Tajin that you can find at various fruit carts throughout both parks. When it comes to dessert, non-dairy Dole Whip is a low-calorie treat compared to some of the richer dessert items like ice cream and donuts.

I hope this helps, and I can't wait for you to experience the magical fun and tasty food at the Disneyland Resort.
