Alfonso from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

How do I link my Walt disney world tickets to my Walt Disney world app if I purchased my vacation thru Costco? I am not staying at a Disney resort. Costco gave me a confirmation # as well as separate confirmation #s for flight, hotel, & tickets.

Hey Howdy Hey Alfonso and welcome back to planDisney!

It is so exciting to hear that you have your next vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth booked! It is great that there are so many options when booking your vacation. It is nice to have the option to book your resort, Theme Park Tickets as well as your flight all in one place. When doing so, things can get tricky at times linking your reservation to your My Disney Experience account. Not to worry Alfonso, you've got a friend in me to give you a few things to try to link your reservation. Giddy up!

When booking your vacation from a third-party company, you will receive a confirmation number from them for the transaction of your purchase. Sometimes this confirmation number is recognized by Disney as well, yet other times you may receive a separate email from Disney celebrating your booking as well as a separate confirmation number. I would check first your email and your spam folder for communications from Disney. If you have one from Disney, use that one, if not let's check your Costco confirmation. Search for the wording "Disney Confirmation ID" or "Reservation Number". That would be the one to try in your My Disney Experience account.

Now that you have a reservation or confirmation number, open your My Disney Experience account online. At the very top, you will see several icons. Hover over the hotel which should bring up a couple of options. Click on the "Link Reservation" and you should be brought to another screen to look up and verify your reservation. Plug in your number from the email and this should link your information. In most cases, you will be able to link your reservation in one area and the whole reservation with your Disney Resorts Collection hotel and Theme Park Tickets are linked. After that, you should be all set!

If you continue to have issues linking your reservation to your My Disney Experience account, you can try to give Disney a call for some help. Cast Members will usually be able to problem-solve this situation quickly and get you back on track for planning your Magical vacation.

I hope these steps helped to get your reservation linked and back to the excitement of planning. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach back out and let us know, we are always happy to help!

    Have a Magical day,

    Nick
